WHO WE ARE?
PANELCAR INTERNACIONAL S.R.L. is a company funded by European and Argentinian capital. Its head office is located in Navarra Spain and it has an industrial plant in Llavallol, Argentina.

Its unique production building -which works under an atmosphere-controled system-, its production system based on state-of-the-art European technology, added to rigorous quality control of products and raw materials in our own laboratory, make PANELCAR INTERNACIONAL unique in America and place it among the most important producers in its field.

WHAT WE DO?
Our company specialises in the manufacturing of fibreglass-fortified plastic: these laminations are made in bobbins with a maximum breadth of 3 metres and 60 metres long in all cases.

The superficial finish is made of gel-coats and it has protection against ultraviolet rays, which makes them resistant to time. Their perfect smooth, lustre finish makes them very easy to maintain cleanliness. High distorsion temperature polyester resin is used, resulting in perfect resistance to water. Fiberglass MATs are of high quality since they don't have mineral loads. They are made in precise breadths, which guarantees high mechanical and thermic resistance.

These laminations are used in the fabrication of sandwich-panels, insulated boxcars, refrigerating chambers, sanitary casing, etc.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?
1- We are the only company that makes plastic laminations free of residual styrene on the surface, which allows the utilisation of any polyurethane adhesive and guarantees a better adhesion in any substrate.

2- Our optimal superficial finish, smooth, shiny and easy to keep clean, is guaranteed to be unalterable if exposed to ultraviolet rays thus perfectly usable as exterior coating.

3- Our products are thought and developed so as to function not only as optimal finish and external coating, but also as a structure of the panels without the need to collocate internal reinforcement.

4- Since all bobbins are identified we guarantee each one of them, which allows us to have full tracking of all manufacturing procedures, sets of materials and staff in charge of the production, hence guaranteeing all materials for our clients. When facing difficulties, we are always well-disposed to give technical support.
